SeaDation is part of the recently completed, very quaint residential community of Old Florida Cottages. The Cottages are located along scenic highway 30-A in South Walton County. SeaDation Cottage is positioned 100 yards from the beach. Since there is no highway or busy street to cross, most of the guests walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico located 200 yards from your front door, avoiding any paths through other neighbor’s property. The SeaDation Cottage is positioned to allow you all of the enjoyments of a beautiful gulf view, cool ocean breeze, and sound of breaking waves in the background.
This gorgeous, secluded beach offers sugar white sands, beautiful blue water, and all of the relaxation you can handle. If you somehow tire of the beautiful beaches, the cottage sits just 25 steps from the community pool and large lanai. With only 36 homes in the community the area maintains a degree of warmth and privacy that will only enhance your vacation experience.

The
SeaDation Cottage is the ideal spot for your
next Florida vacation. Conveniently located in Santa Rosa Beach, the
cottage is 15 minutes from Destin and 5 minutes from Seaside.
SeaDation Cottage offers immediate access to
the pool, which is located out the front door as well as spectacular views
of the ocean that no other cottage can match. SeaDation
just completed the largest decks in the community, with amazing ocean
views from the 2nd and 3rd floors and partial views from the 1st floor.
The front of the cottage offers two covered porches that face the pool.
The rear of the house offers three decks that view the beautiful Emerald
Coastline. In the afternoon, you can enjoy the sunset in the horizon from
your own private decks! SeaDation has 4
bedrooms and 3 baths sleeping 13 comfortably.
SeaDation
has three bedrooms on the first floor. The master suite has a king bed,
private bath, and balcony. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third
bedroom has a futon bed and a twin. A second full size bath is also
present on the first floor. The fourth bedroom is located on the second
floor and has a day bed and private bath. Also on the second floor is the
living area and fully equipped-kitchen. The living area has a television,
stereo, VCR and a queen sleeper sofa.
