Security/Damage Deposit of $500 fully refundable 2-3 weeks after check out

Reservations: 50% down to hold with other 50% (and second 50%) 2 weeks before check in.

Taxes:  11% bed tax imposed by State of  Florida and Walton County

We do not rent to students or singles under the age of 25 without parental supervision.
